SKI TO FORK DAYS 30.01.-01.02.25 is the wonderful interplay between guided freeriding/ski tours on the Arlberg and Culinary far away from the mainstream. The Arlberg a mecca for off-piste skiing combined with exciting cuisine, is a wonderful fusion to Sport/Culinary/Nature in the mountains. As a ski guide of many years' standing, I guide snow sports enthusiasts through the Arlberg mountains safely and according to their ability. Afterwards, we can enjoy and marvel at René Zimmermann's culinary art during overnight stays in simple mountain huts. We look forward to hearing from you and to spending some wonderful hours and moments in the impressive mountain world of the Arlberg, the border between Vorarlberg and Tyrol.

PREISE 2023

Do 27.03.

The adventure starts

Meeting in the morning at the Arlberg and a short introduction to all participants. Afterwards avalanche training followed by a freeriding/ski tour with lift support (approx. 5h). In the afternoon we ski to our accommodation/hut and enjoy the evening together with great food.

Fr 28.03.

Guiding, Coaching, Ski to Fork

After a hopefully spectacular sunrise on the mountain, a great day of skiing awaits us today with additional technique coaching in the off-piste terrain (approx. 5h). Cosy lunch and in the evening return/ascent on skis to the hut with further culinary highlights.

Sa 29.03.

Guiding, Coaching, End of the adventure

Last freeride/ski tour day with lift support and technique coaching in the backcountry (approx. 5h). In the early afternoon we say goodbye to this year's SKI TO FORK DAYS 2024.

  • The tours are suitable for all age groups.
  • Erfahrung im Offpistefahren ist obligatorisch.
  • Ascents with skins possible up to about 2.5h.
  • Enjoyment and interest in sports/culture/nature and culinary arts.
  • Open for overnight stays in simple huts with winter rooms.
  • 4-7 people
